  • Where do lessons take place?
    On Zoom. You can connect from anywhere in the world!
  • Do I need my camera on?
    Yes, this is a necessary requirement!
  • What happens if I cannot attend a lesson?
    You will receive the recording of the lesson so that you can watch it together with the material used using the online session and your homework.
  • How long are the lesson?
    Group lessons standard format (max 12 students) are 1.5h once a week for 10 weeks. One to one lessons and small group tailor-made groups upon arrangement.
  • How does the lesson work?
    You will be provided with your lesson material prior to the lesson which includes the activities on pdf and all other resources. Teaching is based on the communicative approach which is lessons are taught in the target language through a variety of activities that enhance developing all languages skills. English is used only when necessary. Lessons are interactive and dynamic with a continuous interaction amongst the students, and between students and me. Classes are student-centred rather than teacher centred and you will be involved in a wide range of different activities. Homework is provided for all courses with a variety of activity to practice the vocabulary and grammar learned in class. Self-practice also includes listening and responding activities, oral and written production.
  • How do I cancel a lesson?
    For group courses you cannot cancel a lesson. If you miss one you'll receive the recording and the material of the lesson. I am always available to help students to catch up via email during the week.
